Yesterday.. without any further changes in plans, we've made it to the royal melbourne show.. i spent tonnes of money there and now i'm officially broke.. sigh.. but no doubt that i had good fun.. touching farm animals, playing with the fun fair games.. it was all cool.. and met new friends.. which is all worth it.. i had alot of fun =)

After Royal Melb Show, Yunn decided that she wanted to had a good cry from watching drama, so we came home settled down, had hot shower because we were under the rain , had supper, and then started watching "1 Litres of Tears". I've previously wacthed it before, but as usual i don't mind watching my dramas for the second time, so we drama-ed till morning around 2 something and i finally gave in and went to bed already, then Yunn decided that she wanted to watch one more episode before she goes to bed... so i went to sleep first..hehehe

Today, i woke up around 11am and was just lazing around, prepared lunch while Yunn was still in bed, i came up with something new again today..hehe i baked pork ranches with black pepper sauce and mushrooms. It was all good as we had it with toast.. YUMMM but unfortunately when lunch was ready, we were all too busy to dig in and i didn't manage to take a photo of it..

Fang joined us for lunch after her doctor's appointment ( OMG, her leg.. sigh... it's green) but she said it was better today than yesterday, after lunch we continued to finish the drama, so we all had our share of tears falling today... but it was all good.. hehe

then when sara came over we went grocery shopping, had dinner and desert.. lolz

I baked the cheese and potato mushrooms again, but it's better this time around because it's more moist and the cheese browned properly, the cheese was stringy when i scooped it out.. YUMMMM..

following it was Desert which was spontaneous when i flipped the recipe book and found honey cup cakes.. i wanted to make nice icing like the last time, but i ended up not getting any, the cream didn't turn up.. :( HOWEVER, everybody said it was nice, so no complains.. we fed ourselves well today..hehehe

If you've been keeping up with my blog, you would've noticed the difference between this version of Baked cheese and potato mushrooms.. =)
