tea time with gyin gyin???? anyone?
hehee..i've made cookies this time..out of randomness last nite..
it all started as i was tired from uni work and tired from all the upcoming studies before exams.. so instead of flipping my textbook, i was flipping through a baking recipe book that my brother bought but never attempted any yet... i thought why not bake something to de-stress.. wanted to do cupcakes or something ..realised i've got no more eggs left at home.. therefore.. went to the cookies section and look for something that doesn't requires eggs.. lolzzz~~~
and i found~~~ melting moments =)
the initial recipe used pasisonfruit filling, but i've got no passionfruit so i substitue with coffee filling.. still tastes as good!!!!~
i've gotten good reviews for this cookie as i brought to uni today.. it really does melt in your mouth~~ yum~~~
