i've tried on a new recipe today...

Ham and Cheese Potato Bake
it's taste a quiche-like texture

it tasted yummy =) but still could be improved in the texture of the potato bake in terms of the egg and cream mixture and also the onions to be more finely chopped =)

very happy with the first attempt
